Due to the increase in the spread of coronavirus, there are following changes in the work of couriers in order to protect the health of both couriers and customers.

• For shipments addressed to business customers, couriers behave as before – parcels are delivered to the door and large shipments to the place of loading.

• If a business customer has set internal restrictions and does not want the courier to enter the company’s premises, the courier will receive the parcels and hand them over outdoors. At the customer’s request, the courier also puts on a mask.

• Shipments addressed to private customers are handed over outdoors, couriers do not enter the premises.

In addition, couriers wear gloves and keep a distance of at least 2 meters with all customers, if possible.
