My name is Joonas. For the past 20 years, I have worked as a chef and a head chef in several countries and in many different restaurants.

A few years ago, I felt the need to work on myself even more, so I joined the university, where I learned about business, business management, and service management.

I love working as a chef and I have been doing this with great dedication and passion for all these years. Cleanliness and order are always very important in the restaurant’s kitchen; therefore, proper cleaning agents and the right cleaning technique are often the best friends of a chef (besides their knives…).

Over the years, I have often had to turn to my mother, who is a doctor of biochemistry and an expert in cleaning products, to find the right cleaning product or technique.

A couple of years ago, she started telling me about the new generation of cleaning products created from herbal raw materials – their amazing efficiency, environmental friendliness, safety, and much more…

I used to be sceptical about all kinds of ecological cleaning products.

Of course, I like the idea of environmentally friendly and completely safe products – for me as a chef and a family person. However, I have tried the so-called eco-friendly cleaning products sold in shops before and without exception, I have been disappointed in the functionality of every one of them.

After testing the Enzypin products, I have to admit, once again, that my mother was right …!
